GSS Projects was formed as a business entity in the busy city of Bangalore with a small team as closely knit as family.
GSS Projects was registered as a private limited company in Bangalore. It started operations in funding, marketing, departmental clearances, etc.
This was the year that GSS Projects decided to shift its operations to Mysore and explore real estate here. Demand-supply gap was found and GSS Projects took it up as a challenge to reduce the same with professionalism in real estate.
This was the year that GSS Projects completed its very own project at Hanchya Village in Mysore. The project had a total of 25 sites that sold out soon enough.
